• Work closely with sales executives to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Apply business knowledge and technical ability to create state-of-the-art solutions to help enterprises secure their sensitive data
• Design and implement prototypes and proof of concepts based on customer expectations, conceptualize the target architecture for client requests, and set the foundation for future client projects
• Demo the FileCloud product and expertly discuss the technical capabilities of the platform
• Assist with RFPs, InfoSec questionnaires and answer ad hoc questions from prospects
• Give in-depth technical advice around the FileCloud ecosystem and stay up to date with new releases and features
• Write Knowledge Base documents, update support documentation & white papers

• Strong Experience with Linux Administration and troubleshooting is required
• Knowledge of different Linux distros including Ubuntu, Red Hat is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, highly motivated and works with little or no supervision
• Genuinely passionate in helping others takes ownership and pride in their job
• Ability to work in U.S. Central Time zone
