Our client, the world's most innovative finance
and technology company, is seeking a Senior Web Designer that is proficient in Figma to join their team.

**Please note, this role is remote for the time being but will be returning to the office in a hybrid schedule eventually. A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for:

- Defining the user experience and the UI layer of the company's marketing website and other digital channels
- Improving the overall user experience of the website and other digital channels
- Ensuring consistency across products, defining design patterns and contributing to the current style guide as our products grow
- Working within existing brand guidelines and elevating them with new concepts that you bring to the table
- Translating product requirements and research into design deliverables: User flows, sketches, wireframes, mockups, specs, etc., that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Taking a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Concepting and creating assets primarily for web (i.e. landing pages, marketing website and product pages) but also social / digital assets, blog, content platforms, etc.
- Communicating scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders
- Working with the cross-functional marketing team and partnering with engineering team to conceptualize, build, and maintain the company's storefront

The ideal Senior Web Designer must:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Design
- Previous experience at a creative agency, digital agency, media company preferred
- Previous finance experience is a nice to have but not required
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Have a solid foundation in typography, layout, and design
- Have strong concepting and design skills
- Have a strong digital portfolio with 360 campaign work across all digital channels that showcases a clean, modern aesthetic
- Experience designing for a product launch is a plus
- Have excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Be able to meet all deadlines under pressure and react to unexpected schedule changes and fluctuations in workload
- Be able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing timelines and expectations
- Be passionate about creating great work
- Be collaborative and a team player
- Experience with 3D, animation and video, and/or a background in product design is also a plus
