We are working with an exciting Software company who's truly game-changing platform is used by leading businesses across the globe. They are experiencing growth across their business and no more so than here in the USA where they are growing their Technology and Sales teams to keep up with the increasing demand.

As part of this growth they are looking to further enhance their customer support team and have opportunities for Customer Support Engineers to join the business on a fully remote basis.

The role may involve

• Work as part of the wider support team to resolve issues related to the use and administration of the platform, installation, upgrade, performance, and clustering
• Provide day-to-day support to customers and internal stakeholder
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests
• Carry out research on complex incidents and service requests and develop solutions
• Design reports and dashboards
• Enrich both the internal and customer Knowledge Base, and user community
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Look to participate in special Customer Support initiatives
• Demonstrate commitment in areas of strategic importance to the organization

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar
• 3+ years in a Customer Support role would be an advantage
• 2+ years' experience supporting analytics and software products
• Strong technical experience across Linux, MYSQL and Tomcat with additional experience in Web logic, Zookeeper and Kafka an advantage
