Job Functions:

• Partner with sales to provide pre-sales analysis and design as well as post-sale implementation and support.
• Assist with delivery and development of product maturity.
• Provide Architectural design and planning for client solutions.
• Ability to provide customer implementation and support both pre and post sales.
• Partner with sales/marketing teams to provide product improvement and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer facing, pre and post sale engineering role within the Cyber security product space.
• Strong background in SIEM, IDS, IPS and Incident Response.
• Cloud/SaaS platform experience.
• Experience in UEBA and or ELK stack analytics.
