As a designer at Drexler, you have the opportunity to impact a project through every step of the process. We expect designers to be able to understand project goals, contribute to design strategy, develop creative direction, and execute.

Having work experience is key, so please share relevant professional work. We are also interested in any experience you have in managing projects, talking to clients, writing copy, and anything else that impacts a project. You should have a strong process and be able to articulate it. It’s okay if it’s not exactly how we approach things, understanding how you think is important to us. College is not required.

Skills + Experience

• Knowledge of design and development tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, understanding of SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a plus).
• Respect for strong typography.
• Strong sense of composition and enthusiasm for digital design.
• Understanding of email coding
• Ability to write documentation for design
• Ability to see a project through from start to finish.
• Experience with client presentations and management.
• Willingness to be a self-starter and work independently when necessary with the ability to collaborate and support the team when possible.
• Familiarity with other aspects of digital marketing (digital display ads, social media campaigns, etc.)
• Familiarity with animation for email.
