Job Description:
Working within brand guidelines, the designer will be responsible for design concepts and developing creative for digital and print channels, retail display, video, and animation. This individual will work closely with marketing managers to meet the goals and objectives for multiple retail electricity brands. Also, you will work closely with copywriters, brainstorming innovative ideas and ways to bring the brands to life.

This individual should be passionate about working fast and furious to meet the goals and objectives of the business and bring a can-do attitude to a team-driven environment. Along with your application, please submit samples or links to your portfolio, showcasing creative and effective use of marketing concepts.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Work within brand guidelines to reinforce brand style and voice
• Design logos, icons and infographics for print and digital (email, landing pages, display ads, etc.), web and mobile design (front end development to hand off to our developer)
• Execute creative strategies for retail experiences & sales collateral
• Develop customer and prospect communications based on business goals/products/objectives
• Translate marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling and consistent
• Social media support with images, infographics and animation
• Collaborate with vendors for print, retail displays and collateral
• Stay abreast of creative trends, best practices and benchmarks in design strategy and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects, track and communicate progress throughout, and meet deadlines
• Adhere to company's printing standards
• Ability to work with third party vendors and printers

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Web Design, Computer Graphics, UI design or related field

Qualifications:
• 5+ years consumer marketing and digital media experience required
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Video/animation editing skills with After Effects
• Good eye for strong photography that ties back to the brand, message and the business objectives
• Understanding the importance of consistency for branding
• Multitasks and delivers in a time-sensitive environment
• Proven experience as a team player with a positive "Can Do" attitude
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and collaborate creatively

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Agency experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of Figma preferred, but not required
Energy industry or consumer products experience is preferred but not required
