You'll work closely with leaders across Product and Engineering, leading design work across some of our most impactful initiatives. You'll bring a balanced mindset on craft, operations, communication, and cultural stewardship. In this capacity, you'll drive healthy, sustainable, and predictable growth for the business. This role will report to the Head of Product Design.

Day-to-day you'll:

• Partner with product managers and engineers to frame problems and iteratively design, ship and measure solutions together, while remaining customer obsessed and curious.
• Manage a team that owns and executes design across the entire product lifecycle, offering guidance, making sure the team is operating with clarity and understands how their work connects with the work in other programs, and that they are equipped to operate efficiently.
• Drive collaboration between multiple cross-functional partners to ensure strategic and evolving product direction, and contribute towards key business outcomes.
• Raise the bar of design excellence, ensuring experience quality and cohesion, guiding designers on the team do their best work, and provide excellent output.
• Bring an entrepreneurial spirit of informed and deliberate research and experimentation, soliciting qualitative and quantitative insights into pain points and opportunities.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 7+ years of experience as a product designer and 3+ years of experience managing a team of designers at a product-oriented, SAAS company.
• Has experience utilizing usability principles and best practices in interaction and visual design, research methodologies, prototyping and rapid experimentation to collect the product and user behavioral insights.
• Has experience facilitating and working with partners across the company to secure and strengthen support by trust and transparency.
• Has experience in SAAS product design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
