As a Senior UI/UX Designer and one of our first 40 team members, you will have the opportunity to shape the design and experience for the entire family. We are looking for someone to research, design, and prototype new and existing user experiences to take our products to the next level. Ideally this individual will work closely with our other teams to develop various graphics and experiences for things outside of product scope. Top-notch collaboration, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A strong portfolio of demonstrated experiences and designs that you have built
• A track record of building extensible and effective design systems
• Ability to leverage collaborative design tools effectively
• Ability to iterate quickly on new products and the flexibility to switch to high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship skills
• Familiarity with Kubernetes is helpful but not necessary
• Experience creating or contributing to open source projects is preferred
